Student Development Officer

Please find below the job description for one of our Education Clients who is looking for a smart, presentable student development officers / managers.

Key Duties:

Global Edcom services are offered in-house and at on-campus at partnered colleges. The job involves day-to-day interaction with students, faculties and management at college campuses. As a SDO / SDM, you will be required to do the following

Interact and educate students on benefits of early career counselling.
Promote service offering among students and enrol them to use appropriate services offered.
To introduce and continually emphasize the importance of a gaining overall student experience that encompasses academic, personal and co-curricular successes.
Managing and developing on-going relationships with existing and new partner colleges.
Providing on-site and telephone support to enrolled students.
Contributing to new ideas and service development initiatives.
Maximising our service offerings, value and revenue potential.
Ability to meet and exceed revenue targets assigned.
Your customer service skills will be second to none. You will be required to demonstrate a strong repertoire of expertise in maintaining relationships that lead to increased business and referrals. Your ability to learn continually is a key parameter for success.
